Aristid Lindenmayer

Aristid Lindenmayer was a Hungarian biologist. He lived from 1925 until 1989. He studied biology and chemistry at the university of Budapest. Lindenmayer got his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan before accepting a position as professor in Philosophy of Life Sciences and Biology at the University of Utrecht.
